Add expected salary to your profile for insightsWayne Phillis Kia is SA's most awarded Kia Dealership for 27 years and is a well-known, highly respected, successful family-owned South Australian business operating at a modern well-exposed showroom on Main South Road, at Reynella.This established business has an enviable customer base with a high level of repeat and referral business, demonstrating core values in professionalism, quality, and integrity.This rare opportunity now exists for an experienced, dynamic, energetic, and astute Sales Manager with an unwavering commitment to provide exceptional leadership, a history of achieving exceptional sales results, and providing amazing customer service.The chosen applicant will manage our experienced new Kia Retail and Fleet Sales teams.
You must work diligently to continue to grow this amazing brand with the imminent introduction of a range of exciting new models about to be released, including the highly anticipated new EV3, Kia Tasman Ute range, and Cerato.The successful candidate will need to provide exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and be able to lead, train, coach, and develop a team to deliver outstanding results.You will need to meet or exceed sales and profit targets and assist in forecasting, budgeting, and analysis of your sales team's performance using our sophisticated CRM system.
You must be able to follow the company's systems, processes, budgets, and engage with all key areas of the business.It is essential you have high levels of integrity, organizational and delegation skills, must be proactive, and be able to operate with autonomy.Your IT skills will need to include an intimate knowledge of social media and autogate and include a good understanding of consumer-driven online sales opportunities and marketing using these platforms.We have recently opened a new $5 million state-of-the-art service facility to further support our valued customers at Heath St, Lonsdale.This exciting and important role represents an excellent opportunity to apply your skills, experience, and genuine passion within a high achievement-based culture at this well-established Kia Dealership at Reynella.
