Building Supervisor/Assessor - Insurance Repairs About Us
We are an established general insurance rectification building company focused on partnering with insurance companies to complete works on their behalf.
We offer a complete range of specialised commercial, domestic, and industrial building repair services.
We are committed to providing quality services and pride ourselves on delivering value and efficiencies to our diverse clientele.
Due to the continued growth of our business, we are now seeking a highly motivated and experienced Building Supervisor/Assessor to join our Brisbane team.

Key Responsibilities
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Liaising with our clients and vendors Responding to internal and external queries within the required timeframes Ensuring files are of a high standard and compliant with the company The upkeep and entry of all relevant client information and communication Skills in completing accurate variations and submissions Required to attend site inspections and oversee building repairs Proficient in preparing scopes and estimates About the Role
As a bright and energetic self-starter, you will have the ability to work under minimal supervision.
You must have the ability to respond quickly and professionally to new and changing situations.
You will also have demonstrated skills in taking initiative, prioritising, and multi-tasking in a fast-moving environment.
Must have current driver's license.

Qualifications
Highly developed verbal communication skills Problem-solving and negotiation skills Excellent organizational and time management skills A high level of motivation and ability to think outside of the square Open Builders License / Supervisors License (not mandatory but desirable) MUST have previous experience in the Building and Construction industry and a good knowledge of the current Australian building standards.
Experience in general insurance work is desirable Please note the successful candidate will be provided with a brand new vehicle or car allowance.
