We are seeking a full-time Site Supervisor providing coverage in the SEQ region with the ability to travel where required throughout QLD & NSW.

You will be responsible for managing large loss insurance repairs predominantly focusing on storm damage to metal roofs.

The below is designed to give you an idea of the role you will play.
There will be many more exciting and innovative things to do:
Manage large value repairs, predominantly roof repairs.
Assess and report on property damage.
Manage client relationships, including conflict resolution and providing a high level of customer service.
Manage trades and ensure jobs are progressing smoothly and without delay.
Manage time frames, Quality Control, and Workplace Health Safety.
Mandatory Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Experience supervising multiple projects with exceptional customer service.
QBCC Supervisors License (or ability to obtain).
Trade Qualified.
Team player and company focused.
High standard of quality.
Understanding the importance of Customer Service, Safety, Technology, and Quality is critical to the role.
