Building Supervisor/Assessor - Insurance RepairsAbout UsWe are an established general insurance rectification building company focused on partnering with insurance companies to complete works on their behalf. We offer a complete range of specialised commercial, domestic, and industrial building repair services. We are committed to providing quality services and pride ourselves on delivering value and efficiencies to our diverse clientele. Due to the continued growth of our business, we are now seeking a highly motivated and experienced Building Supervisor/Assessor to join our Brisbane team.Key ResponsibilitiesStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenLiaising with our clients and vendorsResponding to internal and external queries within the required timeframesEnsuring files are of a high standard and compliant with the companyThe upkeep and entry of all relevant client information and communicationSkills in completing accurate variations and submissionsRequired to attend site inspections and oversee building repairsProficient in preparing scopes and estimatesAbout the RoleAs a bright and energetic self-starter, you will have the ability to work under minimal supervision. You must have the ability to respond quickly and professionally to new and changing situations. You will also have demonstrated skills in taking initiative, prioritising, and multi-tasking in a fast-moving environment.
