Zweck is an internal Group Services division that partners with Aizer Group. We are seeking a Building Insurance Supervisor for our partner Aizer Insurance Builders.We are looking for the right person to join our team based in Brisbane and surrounds following significant water damage events. This role will report directly to the Operations Manager and will lead our insurance repair works in the Brisbane area.The insurance business is exciting and fast-paced, and our team know how to ride the highs and lows. Join an experienced team of professionals who work hard but also make time to enjoy life along the way.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify faults and damages to homes, and determine best repair strategies.Coordination of supporting trades, labourers and subcontractors.QA / Handover Inspections.Assisting with site based WH&S including toolbox talks and pre-start meetings.Provide feedback on contractor performance and quality control to ensure that the customer's objectives are met.Provide support to Construction Manager as required to enable the delivery of the work in accordance with the company's objectives, always being on time, within budget and to our client's satisfaction.About YouIf you have solid trade/supervisor experience and are interested in taking the next step in your career, then we would love to hear from youYou will have an energetic, people focused and process driven approach with the proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and deliver successful outcomes. You will thrive in and enjoy the challenge of a fast paced, multi-project, multi-disciplined environment.To be successful in this role you will also have:Trade Qualification and relevant licencing.QBCC Site Supervisor or Builders Licence.Minimum of 3 years in the Building/Construction industry.Sound knowledge of regulations, by-laws and building codes.Exceptional time management, planning, and communication skills.Ability to be a team player who can work with subcontractors and clients to achieve best outcome for all.A positive attitude, personal drive, and performance focus.Must be able to provide own tools of trade as required.Aizer Group have a strong commitment to diversity within our workforce.
