Overall Objectives/Role Purpose – How it Adds Value

1.
Help establish and maintain central office procedures and processes.
Manage the office inventory to ensure operational efficacy and efficiency.

2.
Support the Management Team in carrying out its strategic vision for the company.
Provide executive support to the Chief Operating Officer and represent them when working with internal and external stakeholders.

3.
Manage the operational execution of regular tasks across the business.
For new activities, lead the cataloguing, evaluating and processing of incoming tasks for allocation and ongoing monitoring.

4.
Lead the admin support team to manage all direct customer contact queries.
Ensure all support guidelines are up to date, and work with the Management Team to review existing and incorporate new policies when required.

5.
Coordinate the staffing needs of the business by managing rota schedules.
Take account of short-term staff absences, seasonal requirements and longer-term recruitment needs.

6.
Own the administrative responsibilities of the Chief Operating Office in support of the other business functions.
Identify and productionise regular, administrative tasks to build efficiencies at the centre and reduce reliance on the management team.

7.
Conduct regular reviews of standard contracts and agreements with external suppliers to ensure fit-for-purpose, cost-effective solutions are in place.
