Your Responsibilities: Lead daily service planning and execution for the teamEnsure fair and efficient work allocation to Service TechniciansAddress customer issues promptly and deliver effective solutionsManage operations across assigned sites, workshops, and machineryMaintain strict safety standardsTrain and develop staffWhat We're Looking For You don't need to come from a trade background, but if you've worked with technicians in a time-sensitive environment and are ready for a new challenge, we'd love to hear from you.
