Job Description: Commercial and Operations Director
PMX is the central investment practice for Publicis Media, responsible for the smart application of investment by leveraging scale, marketplace innovation, deeper partnerships and intelligence. We are client-centric and operate on the principles of trust, transformation & talent. We are a passionate team focused on delivering growth for Publicis Groupe by educating and driving adoption of Publicis Groupe solutions including Precision, APEX, Partnerships, and Value Management. We utilize market expertise to provide proactive thought leadership and create innovative products and solutions that deliver against marketing and business goals. We deliver product solutions that deliver innovation, value & access for our clients and agencies, equipping them with a competitive advantage vs the marketplace. This role sits within the APEX team.

As the Operations and Commercial Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organisation. Some of the key areas of focus are:
Streamlining workflows and implementing automation to enhance efficiency. Developing strategies to maximise revenue. Ensuring all operations meet regulatory standards and maintaining risks effectively. Overseeing inventory to ensure optimal levels and reduce waste. Contributing to the strategic direction and growth of the organisation. Counseling and developing a high-performing team. KEY OUTPUTS TEAM LEADERSHIP AND DEVELOPMENT Drive accountability with clear roles and accountabilities Establish SMART goals that are outcome-based Workload management Embed PMX Values COMMERCIAL Power BI dashboard management - agencies and brands where relevant Drive forecasting accuracy with commercial APEX leads Optimised revenue management – Salesforce Automation, revenue reconciliation, AQ's, revenue discrepancies, media reconciliation Senior stakeholder enterprise revenue reporting Efficient inventory management –usage, cost of inventory, accurate forecasting Tracking of revenue delivery – pacing, risk management Partner prioritization OPERATIONS Workflow optimization with a focus on continuous improvement Salesforce automation Inventory Management Oversee APEX Operation process guides Direct workloads Partner prioritization/ de-prioritization Robust compliance and risk management framework IDEAL EXPERIENCE 10-15 years' experience in operations/ commercial role Demonstrated experience in process improvement Proven track record in driving revenue growth Experience in heading teams Experience in budgeting, financial planning, financial performance insight Compliance and Risk management Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong leadership skills If you don't tick every box in this ad, please don't rule yourself out.
