This role offers an exciting opportunity to actively manage and grow a portfolio of customers through client acquisition, cross-sell, referrals, and ongoing relationship management.
The successful candidate will have the chance to collaborate with product partners and other stakeholders to ensure an effective and value-adding strategy is identified for the client whilst minimizing all potential risks.

Actively manage and grow a portfolio of customers Collaborate with product partners and stakeholders to identify effective strategies for clients Apply financial analysis to identify key insights Work with various teams within the Business Unit and across the wider bank to support customer growth and success Engage and inspire outperformance through role model coaching Develop a network of contacts to assist in achieving overall business strategies What you bring :
Proven experience in relationship management, business development, portfolio, and/or account management Previous experience in banking/financial/accounting would be beneficial but not essential Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Proven analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Strong networking skills to enhance customer relationships and grow portfolios Excellent communication and relationship-building skills What sets this company apart :
