Fund Administration (Insurance & Superannuation)We here at TOM Executive have partnered with one of Australia's largest Super Fund companies to recruit a Manager of their Superannuation Administration/Registry team. With predicted growth of this team and the funds under management, this is a great opportunity to join an organisation that can deliver your long-term career goals.Reporting to the Senior Manager of Registry, you will lead a team responsible for all aspects of superannuation administration and member experience. This is a large team where you will:Provide strong leadership, support, and coaching to the team that is consistent with company values and inspires them to deliver a market-leading member experience.Review and re-engineer team processes and workflow management in collaboration with the Manager, Operations, to ensure they are fit for purpose and drive operational efficiency and an optimal member experience.Raise and manage incidents and breaches in line with the requirements of the organisational incident management process and identify and address issues that could lead to incidents.Leverage the Operational Excellence framework and embed a culture of continuous improvement at individual and team level.To be successful in your application, you will need extensive team management experience, knowledge of registry, and a proven track record of delivering process improvements.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a Registry Manager?How many years' experience do you have in the financial services industry?What's your expected annual base salary?
