Today it supports ~30,000 users on over 90,000 daily sessions across all our business capabilities.CommSee 2.0 is an exciting rewrite of this classic platform that will provide a reimagined assisted experience to allow our staff to be highly productive in best serving customers. It will be the single pane of glass that allows CBA to deliver service excellence to all Australians.We're a collaborative and supportive group, understanding the importance of work life balance, and offer various flexible working options including hybrid working, 4 days compressed hours etc.See yourself in our team:As the Head of Product (Crew Lead) you will be responsible for the vision, product strategy and overall direction of the CommSee 2.0 product.You have a growth mindset, passionate about technology and the role it plays in making exciting products that deliver value for customers and our business.
