The Role
This opportunity is a stepping stone to executive leadership where you will gain exposure to board-level decision-making, develop and extend your strategic thinking skills, broaden your expertise across superannuation, insurance, and investment, and enhance your ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse stakeholders.
As Head of Product at UniSuper, you'll lead a team dedicated to delivering great retirement outcomes for our members.
You'll be accountable for:
Drive our strategy of being a leader in retirement solutions Collaborate with senior leaders to shape the future of superannuation Make a real difference in people's lives by ensuring our products meet their needs Lead a talented team of product professionals across various specialties About You
A leader of leaders, with exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, you can simplify complex concepts and communicate effectively at all levels.
You will be passionate about delivering great retirement outcomes for our members and demonstrate commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
We would also expect:
Experience in running a successful product department Strong technical knowledge of superannuation and its regulatory framework Meaningful experience and understanding of financial services, superannuation or group life insurance is highly desirable, otherwise, demonstrable experience defining and delivering product features About Us
