We work with incredible companies such as Asos, Bentley, Uber, Blackrock, Bloomberg, Tiffany & Co, and Burberry on their talent strategy and recruitment.
In Sydney, we have moved into new offices in the heart of Barangaroo and are seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Manager to deliver and solution sell our talent solutions to a diverse clientele, including SMEs, Start-Ups, and PSAs.

Responsibilities:
Initiate, conduct, and meet with clients to identify and discuss critical business needs and requirements Offer consultative advice and deliver solutions according to their requirements Research and immerse yourself in selling the brand and bringing opportunities back for the business Generate leads to create a pipeline of new business opportunities You Will Have:
At least 2-5 years of demonstrated business development and solution sales experience Proven track record of understanding and meeting a diverse range of clientele Experience in a target-led environment Motivated, resilient, and competitive with a hunger to be the best
Strong communication and good listening skills Experience in developing relationships Australian/NZ Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or De-facto partner visa with no restrictions to working full time in Australia Sound good?
