We are excited to share that we are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our team
We're seeking a proactive, highly motivated, and skilled relationship manager with experience in business development.
This position has elements of sales, marketing, and retention.
You will utilize your network to source potential clients, then monitor customer's trading accounts and retain their business, with the aim of building long-term partnerships with clients as we support their trading and investment needs through our platform and multi-asset offering.
What will you be doing? Utilizing your existing network to introduce new customers to eToroActively increase our client base by providing support, information, guidance, and market informationResearch and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, actively participate in developing and implementing growth strategies and plans to expand our reachEstablish and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growthPrepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential partners and clientsTrack and analyze sales performance metrics to refine strategies and improve resultsCustomer-focused and willing to engage with customers to learn what they are looking for and understand the level of service and quality expectedBuild and manage relationships with local and international teams (client-facing, marketing, middle and back office) to ensure success of projects and strategiesContinually take opportunities to increase client satisfaction and strengthen relationshipsServicing of client accounts which include:Sharing financial markets and/or products information/commentary with clientsSharing marketing promotions with clientsGuiding clients on the usage of eToro PlatformInteracting with clients to increase client satisfaction and strengthen relationshipsAssisting clients with their questions on their accountsAssisting Compliance with the processing of client's due diligence and transaction monitoring to comply with the respective jurisdictions' requirements and ethical standards of the CompanyWorking with internal teams (e.g., Compliance, AML, Back Office, CS) to facilitate respective process flows/business projects towards successRepresenting the company at events with prospects and clientsThere may be additional duties that the Company may require you to perform as part of your role from time to time.Requirements A can-do attitude and willingness to learn and go above and beyond to achieve all tasksPlanning and project management skills you will need to manage time and information effectively and efficientlyProficient in negotiating terms and closing dealsExcellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interactionsSkilled in building and maintaining strong professional relationshipsStrong interest, knowledge, and passion for global financial marketsAbility to adapt strategies based on changing market conditionsFamiliarity with CRM software, Salesforce preferredPrevious sales, telemarketing, or service-oriented experience is a plusQualifications: Degree educated, with a focus in Economics/Finance/Business Administration preferredFinancial/Industry qualifications are a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
