About Monash Health Pathology ServiceAlfred Health and Monash Health have established a formal partnership to deliver a Shared Pathology Service as one of two new pathology networks for metropolitan Melbourne.
Monash Health Pathology is an integral part of Monash Health, the largest public provider of Pathology services in the state, currently operating 6 laboratories.
Now Recruiting a Pathology Client Relationship Manager - Full Time Permanent OngoingThe Pathology Client Relationship Manager will support the strategic plans of Monash Health and operational imperatives of Monash Pathology.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the patient-focused services of Monash Health Pathology to medical centres, specialists, GPs, and other referrers across the Monash Health catchment.
Key Responsibilities:• Promote to and educate general practitioners, allied health professionals, and medical specialists about our service.• Maintain service levels to existing clientele while increasing market share and bringing in new business.• Develop strategies and implement solutions autonomously to meet the goals of the role.
Minimum Requirements: A knowledge of pathology disciplinesExperience in a pathology/medical representative roleAn understanding of the Melbourne medical/pathology marketA strong customer-focusA minimum of 12 months sales experience would be highly desirableExcellent inter-personal and written skills are required.
Candidates should be prepared for moderate travel throughout the South East regions of Melbourne.
