About the Role Reporting to the CEO, the Head of People & Culture, will partner closely with the Executive Team to design and implement fit-for-purpose frameworks, policies, and initiatives that drive commercial objectives and reflect organisational values.
This role encompasses end-to-end responsibility for the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations.
About Success Developing and implementing a people strategy aligned with the organisation's strategic goals.
Building a values-based workplace culture that promotes diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being.
Leading talent acquisition efforts, crafting an Employee Value Proposition (EVP), and managing onboarding programmes.
Driving talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and career development.
Providing expert guidance on employee relations, managing grievances, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Designing and implementing learning and development strategies to enhance organisational capability.
Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and overseeing HR systems and processes.
About You You are a proven HR Leader with a track record of building and implementing people and culture frameworks that support organisational growth and transformation.
You bring significant experience from logistics, manufacturing, or similar environments, where you've successfully balanced strategic leadership with operational delivery.
Your pragmatic and hands-on approach enables you to navigate complex challenges, while your strong relationship and influencing skills allow you to partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
You are passionate about fostering inclusive workplace cultures and enhancing employee engagement and performance.
