The Workforce Solutions Group (WSG) is the sales organization at Dell Technologies that drives Workforce Transformation strategy and engagement. This team is at the forefront of driving the future of work and the new hybrid working practice with some of Australia's largest Commercial and Government customers. WSG is also leading the engagement and thought process around AI implementation and strategy in the commercial client PC segment, putting compelling technology in the hands of our customers that delight them as much as making them productive.

What you'll achieve This is an opportunity to become one of the experts that can help customers realize the full potential of their workforce, remain current and relevant in their industry and continue to attract and retain world-class and diverse talent from around the globe.
In this role you will be responsible for driving the Client Solutions and AI strategy and developing the relationships and sales strategy to best support our customers. The role will include engaging with both existing Retention accounts as well as exciting new pursuits of Acquisition customers. Your success will drive revenue growth, increase our Client Solutions share and provide thought leadership to ensure our customers' overall experience is extraordinary.
You will: Build strong senior level relationships broadly (Workplace, IT, HR, Facilities, Security, Procurement) within customer organisationsProvide insight and thought leadership to solve business problems and create new opportunities for our customersFocus on the Workforce Transformation needs of our customers and bringing to bear our expertise in our world-class Client device portfolio, Software, Security and ServicesCo-ordinate with multiple stakeholders within our business to align and drive the sales strategy and resources to facilitate the business outcome expectations of our customersWork closely with a virtual team of Inside Sales, Services and Product Specialists to position and deliver the right solutions for our customersTake the first step towards your dream career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Essential Requirements 8+ years of relevant industry experience in a sales capacityAbility to engage and influence senior executives at customer sites and at Dell TechnologiesAbility to work in a dynamic environment and ability to react and adapt while fostering partnerships with customersExceptional communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong financial and business acumenDesirable Requirements Bachelor's degree (BS/BA)Who we are We believe that each of us has the power to make an impact.
