Finance Beagle is seeking a Finance Broker to join the team and help grow our business
This is a unique opportunity to join an already well-established Finance Brokerage, supported by a large and well-known brand in Motorama.
Based out of our head office in Salisbury, this role is responsible for helping our customers with a wide range of their personal finance needs including car finance, bikes, boats, caravans, personal loans, and debt consolidation.
You will be supplied with a steady flow of leads and opportunities and be expected to maximize the results and conversion of these customers by providing high-level customer experience and tailoring financial solutions to their personal circumstances.
About you: Ability to generate and grow new referral relationshipsStrong sales and new business development skillsUnderstanding of equipment finance and key industriesEnd to end process of taking a customer application through to settlementAbility to communicate effectively with an array of customers and foster ongoing relationshipsConnect with customers to ascertain needs and listen to all concerns and address each problem with a tailored financial solutionAbility to obtain accreditation with a variety of lendersMicrosoft Office computer skills and a high level of attention to detailFull understanding of the Privacy Act (PA), Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act (AML/CTF Act)Responsibilities: This role will require a strong work ethic and drive to secure your clients the best deal possible from an Australia wide panel of lendersResponsible for achieving sales targets and maintaining and growing referral relationshipsMaintain accurate records to ensure complianceEnsure all leads are acted upon in a prompt and professional mannerBusiness Development to internal and external leads for new business opportunitiesClear understanding of financial industry principles and regulationsParticipate in regular training and development for industry updates and compliance needs so we can meet the expectations of the company and customersIdentify lending opportunities when discussing financial information to ascertain the most appropriate tailored package for the customerCollate information from customers maintaining strict privacy and confidentiality and accurately lodge the paperwork into the relevant software portalsAs a key member of our team, you will be easy-going yet professional and willing to support all areas of the business when requiredAbout the company: Based in Salisbury, Finance Beagle is a fully owned subsidiary of the Motorama Group.
