Description and Requirements Role Summary
As the National Sales Manager for Lenovo Australia's Consumer Division, you will play a pivotal role in driving profitable market share and revenue goals.
You will lead a team of high-performing account executives, ensuring we maintain our market-leading position while fostering strong relationships with key retail partners.
This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a sales-driven, results-oriented professional who embodies Lenovo's values and inspires the team to exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue, unit, and profit targets.
Team Management : Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of account executives, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
Market Analysis : Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Customer-Centricity : Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail and channel partners, ensuring Lenovo remains their preferred partner.
Operational Excellence : Implement effective sales processes, tools, and metrics to track performance and drive continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align on strategies and deliver a seamless customer experience.
Key Qualifications
At least 10 years proven track record of driving sales success in the consumer electronics or technology sector.
Strong leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing sales team.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
Strategic thinker with a focus on execution and delivering measurable results.
Experience working with retail and channel partners in a competitive market.
High adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
