Our Client:Our client is a leader in the FMCG sector, known for delivering quality products that meet the needs of our diverse customer base.
They are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to join their dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.
Position Overview:The Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting their financial health and growth by providing accurate budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
You will manage financial operations, work closely with stakeholders, and lead inventory and cost accounting functions to maximize efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities: Budgeting & Forecasting:Develop and oversee annual budgets and forecasts, providing insights to support decision-making.Monitor budget variances and prepare financial reports to guide strategic planning.Cost Accounting:Implement and maintain cost accounting systems to ensure accurate product costing.Analyse and optimize production costs, offering recommendations to improve profitability.Stakeholder Management:Serve as the primary finance liaison for internal and external stakeholders.Collaborate with department heads to align financial objectives with company goals.Inventory Management:Oversee inventory costing and valuation, ensuring efficient stock control processes.Provide insights into inventory optimization and minimize excess or obsolete stock.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CA certification preferred.5+ years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in the FMCG sector.Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting.Strong knowledge of ERP and financial reporting software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Interested?Please apply through the link provided or alternatively send a copy of your CV to .
