The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for the full sales cycle (prospecting/cold calling, qualifying, negotiation, and closing) of One Identity's solutions into a geographic territory.ResponsibilitiesA relentless drive in acquiring new business, account development, and organizational excellenceProspecting, finding, developing, and closing opportunities through the entire Sales CycleEffectively articulate and position the value of One Identity solutions.Developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makersCreating and implementing account strategyRecognizing customer business problems and driving/influencing resources to address opportunitiesCoordinating and communicating with various internal resources in Pre-sales, Contracts, and Post-SalesWorking with Channel Partners and other One Identity resources to increase opportunity size and expedite closureDevelop and maintain an understanding of industry trends, competitive issues and products, and other related topicsMeet annual sales targets, new business, number of new logos and within accounts wonQualifications6 years of successful experience in a quota-driven sales capacityAbility to work remote, results-oriented, self-starter, hunter-type mentalityKnowledge of solution and value-based selling techniques to sell to high-level executivesStrong teamwork skills are required to successfully work in a highly matrixed environmentDemonstrated ability to provide thought leadership, think strategically and effectively communicate vision (both written and verbal) and influence cross-functionally.Excellent presentation, business, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, written and verbal with ability to effectively communicate with business and IT individuals at all levels of the customers' organizationProficient with CRM tools – Salesforce.com preferredCandidate will need to be located in Australia (remote).Company DescriptionOne Identity enables organizations of all sizes to better secure, manage, monitor, protect, and analyze information and infrastructure to help fuel innovation and drive their businesses forward.
