The role requires someone who is forward-thinking, has strong communication skills, has a passion for troubleshooting and is solution-oriented. You have the desire to share your knowledge and educate and empower end users of different skill levels to deliver business efficiency. IT Support needs to be approachable and have a can-do attitude and easily identify and drive education programs to encourage technology independence.
