Key Account Manager | Doncaster

Generate, Grow and Achieve We are looking for a high-energy Key Account Manager to develop Hanson's relationship with customers in the Melbourne Metro area.
You will be growing the business by identifying opportunities to sell the Hanson brand to prospective customers and provide exceptional service offerings within your territory.
In your new role, you will: Generate new business customers by ensuring the efficient follow-up of all potential customer leads.
Maintain a pipeline of further business activity from existing customers.
Formulate, develop and coordinate the delivery of account plans for existing and potential customers that achieve mutual business outcomes.
Complete structured call plans with prospects through face-to-face presentations and networking, ensuring effective communication of Hanson's value proposition.
Achieve territory/account sales volume targets as well as new product volume targets.
Be actively involved with various industry bodies through attending relevant events and conferences.
Regularly conduct market analysis and gather market intelligence within the industry.
This role is a great fit for you, if you have: A proven track record of achievement in a sales or marketing role.
Experience leading local and regional teams based across multiple locations.
Successfully implemented best practice sales and marketing programs.
Strong strategic, commercial and critical thinking skills.
A high level of emotional resilience and a positive attitude.
Strong presentation, negotiating and influencing skills.
A positive and influential presence in building strong and effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
