Job Description In line with the 2030 growth strategy lead the Viscount Reuse businesses engagement with the key retail accounts including Woolworths, Aldi & Coles in Australia whilst also supporting the work underway by the NZ VFCC business with Foodstuffs.
Key Responsibilities will be:
To lead and drive best in class retail engagement across the Viscount reuse business Develop multi-level customer account plans ensuring regular engagement is sequenced across the year for all the key supermarket retail accounts.
Ensuring all retail contracts are being executed in line with agreement requirements Regularly reporting progress against targets for both revenue and key project initiatives Working with key internal stakeholders including the sales and category teams ensure detailed plans are developed to deliver in budgeted revenue growth targets Working with the general manager of VFCC review the current retail landscape in NZ and develop plans to both protect the current retail accounts but also to expand penetration of new and existing products To be a senior member of the sales marketing and innovation team within the Viscount reuse business as well as playing a significant advisory role to the business leadership team.
Extensive experience in sales/ business development or leadership roles working with large supermarket/retail groups Action oriented with strong attention to detail Ability to collaborate in order to deliver cross functional business outcomes Strong customer orientation and drive to deliver superior customer solutions Qualifications Bachelor Degree in business or similar discipline.
