Account & Relationship Management (Sales) Full time $120k to $130k + bonus + are allow + super We have an exciting opportunity for a Key Account Manager that has recently become available.
This role is in DHL Global Forwarding Sales team in our Sydney (Matraville) office.

Overall Role Purpose Executes global/regional (sector) strategy on country level (as aligned with global sector structure)Manages relationship with CSI (Customer Solution innovation team)/MNC (Multi National Team) as customer point of contact on country levelProspects, wins, retains and develops local & overseas controlled strategic customers.Plans and manages accounts.Coordinates with product & customers on account planning, customer enquiries, business reviews etc.Gathers customer and market information to update Product and Trade Lane on current conditions.Skills/ Qualifications Minimum of 5 years' commercial/sales experience within freight forwarding / International Logistics Strong professional communication & interpersonal skills Customer management experience Extremely customer centric and solution driven Commercial attitude Highly organized and able to work in a fast paced and everchanging environment.
High attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Products (Office, Excel, Word) Proficient in virtual communication tools (i.e.
MS Teams, Zoom) Ability to identify and meet customer needs in a pleasant and friendly manner, gathering information and building long-term relationships Why DHL Global Forwarding?
