Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a motivated Leasing & Sales Assistant to join our Industrial & Logistics team in Western Sydney.

About the rolePerform a broad range of project-related tasks, including tracking market transactions, compile and interpret market data, and provide data and asset information to clients.Support agents and administration staff, maintain vacancy schedules and databases, and ensure database integrity and accuracy.Work with institutional-grade industrial assets, prepare cash flows, assist with presentations, client reporting, submissions, and information memorandums across a broad range of leasing transactions.Analyse economic and property trends to assist with presentations.Coordinate the brokerage team, participate in client meetings and inspections, and manage and maintain up-to-date client contact databases and enquiries on various CBRE-specific programs.About you:Prior experience working within a related role, commercial real estate industry advantageous.Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and administrative capabilities.Excellent written, verbal and face to face presentation skills.Analytical ability and advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast paced environment.Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented.Career minded, client focused and rapport building mindset.So, what's in it for you?Structured career development to support you and explore your learning potential and career goals.Parental leave which is industry leading, kids school holiday program.Wellbeing programme with discounted health insurance, salary sacrifice options, novated leasing, and a range of benefits from our corporate partners.You'll form an integral part of an enormously successful team who outperform in the market year on year.Can we inspire you to join us?
