Sales Representatives - Wound Care Specialist Cincinnati, OH
Commission paid at 20-25%

They develop and market innovative solutions for chronic wounds, surgical wounds, and skincare needs.
The portfolio comprises topical treatments with unique formulations containing natural ingredients like Omega-3 fatty acids.
The company is committed to delivering effective and environmentally sustainable solutions for wound care and skincare, prioritizing the enhancement of patients' quality of life.
As an experienced Sales Representative with expertise in Wound Care, you will have a key role in driving the success of products and broadening its market reach.
Leveraging your skills and knowledge, you will excel in meeting sales targets in your designated area while ensuring compliance with company standards.
Your duties will include maintaining thorough territory coverage, precise CRM reporting, and adherence to company policies.
Responsibilities Utilize your extensive experience and expertise to surpass sales targets and objectives, significantly boosting market share.Demonstrate unwavering dedication to achieving sales goals while adhering strictly to company compliance standards in your assigned region.Implement precise customer segmentation strategies aligned with company directives to ensure targeted customers receive optimal engagement and outstanding service.Maintain an updated customer database to gain a comprehensive understanding of customer needs, enabling prompt and effective fulfilment.Stay informed about competitor offerings, showcasing your knowledge during face-to-face interactions and group presentations with healthcare professionals.Regularly update your knowledge with the latest product information and clinical data provided by the company, effectively presenting and discussing these insights during engagements with healthcare professionals.Stay attuned to the evolving healthcare landscape, proactively identifying potential opportunities and challenges to refine your strategic approach accordingly.Contribute actively to the company and product Brand Strategy, identifying innovative avenues for driving business growth.Conduct continuous market analysis encompassing Market, Competitive, and Business Intelligence to align short-term and long-term business goals with customer and market insights.Foster a collaborative environment by working synergistically with various teams, leveraging feedback and suggestions to enhance market penetration and achieve optimal results.Develop and nurture an extensive contact network comprising prominent specialists and Key Opinion Leaders to further amplify your impact.Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree preferred.At least 5-7 years of combined experience in the medical device and/or biopharmaceutical industry.VA (Veterans Affairs) experience and DoD (Department of Defense) experience preferred.LI-MA1
