Chief Executive Officer Lead Teach for Australia to drive educational equity in Australia
As the next Chief Executive Officer of Teach For Australia, you will inspire and lead a movement that reshapes lives and transforms communities through education.
You will set the strategic vision and partner with the Board to chart TFA's future, translating bold ideas into impactful outcomes.
Harnessing your leadership, you will inspire innovation, operational excellence, and a positive culture of collaboration that drives change.
Financial stewardship will be a key aspect, ensuring sustainability through diverse funding sources while scaling programs that address educational inequity.

Associate Teach For Australia's Leadership Development Program
Applications open in February of each year.
About the position
We believe that to achieve systemic change, inspirational leaders are needed in schools, communities, business and government.
Through the Leadership Development Program, we recruit outstanding individuals with academic expertise as well as a range of skills and experience to become 'Associates' who commit to teach in an educationally disadvantaged school for at least two years.
By the end of the program, you will have earned a nationally accredited Master of Teaching (Secondary) (Professional Practice) degree on scholarship, all the while earning a full salary and benefits for the duration of the program.
