Join our team to own the retention and growth of Onside's customers through effective long-term account management.
What to expect Nurture and maintain strong relationships with our farmers, growers and other agribusiness customers to drive positive engagementTake ownership of the long-term retention of a portfolio of Onside's SMB customers across ANZAnalyse engagement and product usage data, account health indicators, and other metrics to identify opportunities to upsell or cement customer retentionProactively find opportunities to maximise value, and meet expansion revenue goals, driving uptake of product features and solutionsAbout you Experience in customer success/account management within a fast-paced software-as-a-service environmentAbility to build rapport quickly, make lasting positive impressionsCommercially minded, target orientated and data-drivenStrong organisational skills and demonstrated ability to manage projectsExcellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify and address customer needs and challengesCollaborative team player, focused on delivering the best outcome for the customer and for OnsideJoining our team You'll be joining a purpose driven, well-backed business ready to leap to the next level.
