Business Development Manager - Custom High-End Furniture SolutionsOur client is an Australian Design House, specialising in producing end-to-end furniture solutions that are designed and manufactured in Melbourne.
The Founders draw upon their respective award-winning backgrounds in Industrial Design and Visual Arts and are renowned within the Architecture & Design Industry for producing locally manufactured pieces, offering customisation and working closely with clients to accommodate needs of fabrication, texture and dimension.
This blend of design elements has seen them service the commercial, hospitality and residential sectors worldwide.
As the Business Development Manager, you will work closely with Tier 1 architects, interior designers and project managers in the design/contract trade industry.
Key Responsibilities Manage key accounts, and generate sales across all areas of the Architectural and Specifier MarketBuild a strong rapport with key commercial interior designers and premium clientsSolution focused sales approach, promoting a high-end, customisable and bespoke product rangeThe pursuit and development of sales leads with the ability to close the saleFostering new and existing client relationshipsAttending various industry and networking functionsSkills & Experience: Commercial Furniture, or related product experienceA&D industry connectionsStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to easily build rapportAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesAssertive, with a solutions based sales approachAbility to work in a team environment, as well as autonomouslyREFERENCE EI 67963 If the above position appeals to you then please submit your CV to ****** and we'll be in touch.
