Role: Responsible for cooking Mad Mex products during shift whilst maintaining strict recipe adherence, WH&S standards and working at a pace consistent with the business needs.
Responsibilities: Making the culture live - Mad Mex mission & values to be the core to everything that you do.Ensure compliance of Mad Mex Policies & Procedures.Stock rotation & Food Safety.Food preparation, storage & cooking.Use grill, six burner, rice cooker and deep fryer to prepare menu items.Prepare products to ensure the quality and level of product is always available for service.Maintain a clean and organized work space.Adhere to all WH&S standards.General Cleaning.Key competencies: Basic level of cooking experience.Adequate level of Knife skills.Ability to work quickly and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.Good hygiene.Ability to read and comprehend recipes.Ability to communicate effectively.What's in it for you?
