An exciting opportunity has become available for a merchandise planning assistant to join our rapidly growing team in a full-time, permanent capacity.

Key Responsibilities: Actively manage the delivery schedule of all incoming stock. Identifying & resolving any intake issues in collaboration with MAA & BAA updating systems accordingly. Processing weekly markdowns & re-prices as advised by the planning team. Conduct option plan management & auditing daily. Run product line cards & forecasting with clear communication to the buying team. Conduct size curve analysis & complete sizing tool updates. Able to make suggestions for sizing mix changes needed to optimise sales. Proactively contributes to department trade each week following up on any actions & updating the team. Confident and concise presentation of analysis in relevant meetings. Perform ad hoc reporting, analysis & data entry. Requirements: Bachelor's degree is preferred, however raw talent, attitude and skills are always highly valued. Exceptional organisational skills. Strong skills in Google Sheets/Excel is preferred. High level of accuracy & attention to detail. Had an aptitude for retail maths and analysis. Can work autonomously as well as part of a team. Ability to manage a high workload and be able to work to tight deadlines. Flexible and Adaptable - be able to re-prioritise workload based on business priorities.
