For over 15 years, we have been supporting older people and people living with disability to live independently in their own homes and stay connected to their local community.
Our friendly, compassionate and experienced team makes this possible.
Duties and responsibilities may include: Personal care: showering, dressing, grooming, and medication assistanceDomestic assistance: light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparationSocial support/transportation: social activities, shopping/groceries, traveling to medical appointmentsSupporting customers in the use of aids and personal equipment including: standing or walking frames, wheelchairs, manual or electric hoists, sliding sheets or moving boards, hearing aids, and other physical aidsSupporting customers with complex and/or challenging needsMonitoring the well-being of customers and reporting on their progressParticipating in staff meetings and attending training as requiredCustomer needs require 24-hour care, 7 days a weekWhat you will need:Proof of Vaccination (where relevant) i.e.
