Sales and Marketing Manager : OTC/Consumer/ PharmaceuticalsWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales and Manager with expertise in Over the Counter (OTC) products to join our dynamic Commercial team.
This is a full-time role responsible for leading the development and execution of brand strategies for new OTC brands.
You will also play a key role in working with a revolutionary OTC brand, driving its market introduction and growth.
Your role will focus on driving product innovation, increasing market share, and enhancing consumer engagement.
Collaboration across departments is essential to ensure the delivery of strategic goals and consistent brand communication.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement brand strategies for OTC product portfolios to achieve business growth and market leadership.Lead the development and market introduction of a revolutionary OTC brand, positioning it effectively in the market.Conduct thorough market research to identify consumer trends, competitive threats, and emerging opportunities.Lead product development initiatives in partnership with R&D, regulatory affairs, and supply chain teams.Plan and execute marketing campaigns including above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) activities, as well as digital and influencer strategies.Work closely with sales teams to ensure successful execution of go-to-market strategies and retail engagement.Manage brand P&L, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and adherence to budget targets.Monitor brand performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimisation and growth.Ensure all communications comply with regulatory standards and maintain scientific accuracy.Mentor and develop junior members of the brand management team.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).5+ years of experience in brand management, preferably within the OTC, pharmaceutical, or consumer healthcare sectors.In-depth knowledge of the regulatory environment and market conditions in the OTC space.Proven success in managing brands and product lifecycles.Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.Ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Experience with digital marketing and e-commerce is an advantage.To express your general interest please forward your CV (MS word format only) and detailed covering letter to or for a confidential discussion contact Maree Paras on .
