As our Sales and Marketing Manager, you'll develop and execute strategic marketing plans, manage our brand, and drive sales to achieve our ambitious growth goals.
You will collaborate with a passionate team and external partners to deliver exceptional campaigns and sales outcomes.

Lead the Oly Homes brand strategy and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.Empower the sales team with tools and resources to drive engagement and conversions.Innovate and execute marketing campaigns that resonate with clients across Queensland.Key Responsibilities: Strategic Marketing: Develop and implement multi-channel marketing plans to drive leads, sales, and brand awareness.Content Development: Oversee the creation of engaging content, including photos, videos, blogs, and social media posts.Digital Marketing: Manage the website, landing pages, eDM campaigns, and social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).Campaign Management: Plan and execute local and regional marketing campaigns, leveraging print, digital, radio, and outdoor media.Brand Integrity: Ensure all marketing materials align with Oly Homes' brand values and positioning.Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop tools and presentations that resonate with clients.Analytics and Reporting: Track campaign performance, analyse data, and provide insights to optimise marketing strategies.Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with industry partners, suppliers, and clients to foster growth and collaboration.About You:
You're a results-driven marketing professional with a strong understanding of digital campaigns and customer engagement.
You bring:
