Arctic Installations is an innovative family-owned business that manufactures, supplies, and installs our very own products made right here in our East Arm, NT warehouse.
We opened our doors in 2015 and are a well-accomplished and trusted business in the NT and Australia wide.
We operate a state-of-the-art Insulated Panel Manufacturing line, producing high-quality insulated panels used for structures, cold storage, housing, and much more.
What We're Looking For:We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager who is prepared to hit the ground running and engage new clients whilst continuing to maintain relationships with our loyal existing ones.
Our ideal candidate will also be responsible for marketing our trusted products, updating the website regularly, and staying up to date with the latest marketing and advertising trends on all platforms.
Responsibilities:All marketing including setting strategic goals, updating and maintaining the website and social media platformsCollaborating with our experienced management team to drive revenue and further business growthDrive sales for the business with a reasonable KPI expectationManage a select portfolio of clients and salesConduct current and potential client visits in Alice Springs, Kununurra, and Broome every quarter for a period of 1-2 daysOur Ideal Candidate:Previous senior sales and marketing experienceAbility to build long-term client relationshipsAn approachable, driven, and goal-oriented mindsetHighly motivated with the ability to work autonomouslyThrive in fast-paced environments, showcasing excellent planning and execution abilitiesDisplays exceptional attention to detail and effectively manages their time wellBenefits That We Offer:Attractive base salary of $110,000.00 inclusive of super and use of company carBuild your portfolio with well-known, reputable, and respected clientsA family-built and oriented businessComprehensive training and a chance to expand product knowledge on siteHow to Apply:Ready to join Arctic Installations?
