Reporting to the CEO, iHR Australia is seeking a visionary Marketing and Sales Manager to lead and inspire dynamic growth.Your Mission:Shape Strategic Visions: Contribute to our business strategy by aligning our product mix for peak performance, developing comprehensive marketing plans, and leading impactful campaigns.Master Brand and Performance Management: Protect and enhance the iHR Australia brand. Implement robust metrics, streamline work processes, and guide our marketing team to optimize public training attendance and leverage high-revenue opportunities.Innovate Business Development: Craft and execute sales and retention strategies. Manage proposals and tenders to showcase our unique value proposition and nurture long-term client relationships.Optimise Partnerships: Select and manage external resources, ensuring they deliver maximum ROI through effective contract formulation and monitoring systems.Manage Financial Excellence: Oversee the marketing budget, identify efficiencies, and contribute to pricing strategies to maximise effectiveness.Cultivate Team Potential: Lead a small team of specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development to maintain high performance standards.What You Bring:Degree qualified in Commerce or Business, with a major in Marketing.
