ASX Opportunity Snapshot What's On Offer: The Infrastructure Delivery Lead oversees and facilitates the delivery of infrastructure scope of works (e.g.
Hosting, networking) for ASX internal customers.
This role ensures the safe and coordinated delivery of key infrastructure outcomes which form part of wider line of business change initiatives.
This position is a stakeholder-facing role, and requires that you establish and manage expectations with the business and support the Infrastructure teams to achieve those expectations to a high standard.

What you'll do: Oversee and facilitate multiple infrastructure streams (Hosting, Network, Workplace, and Database) as an enabler of LOB change initiativesProvide support for Project Managers (e.g.
Technical coordination, status updates)Manage workflow / Oversee implementation for LoB projects into Infra team (Jira / backlog etc)Work with Infrastructure line managers to organise resourcing for delivery tasksWork with project stakeholders to manage deliveryFacilitate the ordering of infrastructure hardware / software as requiredFacilitate technical change implementationBe an ambassador for the Infrastructure team working across the business to provide effective communication on Infrastructure mattersEscalation point for customer stakeholders – Change initiative challengesUnderstand customer business drivers, strategies and roadmaps, KPI to measure and monitor benefits realisationProvide customer input to drive Infrastructure operational considerations (in relation to new infrastructure services delivered via LOB initiatives)Work across the Infrastructure team and customers to enforce standards and policiesWhat you've done: Previous experience in the delivery of infrastructure solutionsTechnical awareness of infrastructure productsBusiness analysis skills for supporting business requirement definition (infrastructure specific)Experience with outcome-based setups, delivering on hard commitments and fixed timelines.And if you've got some of this, even better: Experience in a direct IT–business engagement roleKnowledge of ITIL disciplines8 years plus experience in a technical delivery oriented roleRelationship management with internal and external stakeholdersDemonstrated experience in leading virtual teams.What you need to enjoy and be good at for this role: Customer Driven & Delivery Focused – be an advocate for our customersAttention to detail – errors are minimised to deliver accurate outcomes.Calm under pressure – can remain focused in times of stressNaturally inquisitive – asks questions to ensure understandingConfident decision maker – make straightforward decisions and know when to seek backupGreat communicator – able to get the message across in the best wayAnalytical thinker – can evaluate information and seek a solutionTeam player – support each other to achieveCollaboration – can work with multiple stakeholders to deliver a common goal #J-18808-Ljbffr
