Their core business centers around home care packages; however, they are now diversifying to introduce clinical services, including allied health and nursing.
They need you to be that person to grow this side of the business.
They are also pursuing geographical growth and are already experiencing success.
What will you be doing in this role? This is a National BDM role where you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, targeting key stakeholders to ultimately win contracts, and driving the growth of their Home Care, Nursing, and Allied Health Services.
Your target clients will be: Home Care Package Providers, Hospitals, Clinics, Aged Care Facilities, Government, and Schools.
This role requires adaptability as you will be speaking with both profit and not-for-profit companies, necessitating different approaches accordingly.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be chasing tenders/contracts, cold calling, reaching out to potential clients, and meeting with various stakeholders.
To be successful in this role… You will need experience in business development within the healthcare industry, with a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and its complexities.
You may have worked for an allied health business or a nursing agency and want the chance to grow a new area of this business, where leadership could certainly be on the cards down the track.
If you have this experience, then you've already ticked the most relevant boxes.
Alongside this, they need someone who is proactive, driven, and has good communication skills to make things happen Why would you want to work here? Work closely with the CEO but also have support from marketing and the referral team.Flexibility to do the job as you see fit.Salary: Ideally, they want to pay up to 120K + Super.
If you are on more money, there is potential for flexibility (depending on your experience).
Company car/car allowance (or travel reimbursed) can be discussed.
Bonus structure attached based on performance.
