Reporting to the General Manager – Maintenance & Shutdowns, this critical role holds accountability for the holistic management and execution of works for one of our prized clients. This role is based in our West Perth office with regular time across multiple sites in the Pilbara.ABOUT THE ROLEThis role will focus on the following key deliverables:Lead a large operational workforce across multiple locationsEnsure that the Warrikal safe systems of work are in place and effectiveTake accountability for the P&L performance of the contractBe the primary contact between Warrikal and multiple client representativesEnsure compliance with contract conditions and KPI'sActively grow Warrikal revenue through the identification of emergent opportunitiesDevelop and maintain strong client-focused relationships with multiple key stakeholdersIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement with a focus on safety, performance and productivityABOUT YOUA senior leader with excellent operational and communication skills. You will also ideally have:Deep experience and understanding of infrastructure maintenancePrevious experience in a similar role leading large scale maintenance teamsStrong knowledge and understanding of the resource sectorFormal trade and/or tertiary qualifications within a related fieldAdaptable leadership style to accommodate a diverse workforceA client centric focus and proven ability to manage many stakeholdersStrong financial literacyWARRIKAL VALUESAt Warrikal our shared values of Safety, Teamwork, Agility, Positivity, Accountability and Diversity drive our performance.
