As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and market share for our energy drink portfolio within the petrol and convenience channel.
Your mission is to support the National Account Manager by establishing and nurturing strong relationships with state and local retailers, optimizing our sales plan to align with strategies, and elevate our brand presence.
Working as part of the greater FMCG team, the Key Account Manager will be a valued asset to the business.
A holistic growth approach is necessary for sustainable growth.
About the role Customer Relationship Management Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including understanding the key accounts strategies via regular contacts and meetings.Aid in the maintenance of any customer submissions, either via customer portal or related documents (including new lines, promotions, and claims).Assist with the preparation of customer presentation decks and range reviews.Support with identifying growth opportunities, negotiate contracts, and secure prime shelf space.Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Assist in forecasting demand, managing inventory levels, and preventing stockouts by communicating current sales status of accounts.Manage promotional plans and spend with relevant accounts as part of the channel strategy.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product availability and visibility.Track sales performance, analyze data, and generate regular reports for management, including understanding P&L.Link into field team priorities across the channel.Assist with analyzing market trends and competitor offerings to recommend product assortment enhancements.Attend trade shows, industry conferences, and customer events and utilize insights to make recommendations on strategy.About you You will have:
Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales role within the FMCG sector.Familiarity with the wholesale channel, including knowledge of store operations and merchandising.Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Results-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding targets.Willingness to learn.About us At EHPlabs we are about leading health and fitness through our ethos of 'we rise by lifting others'.
