Customer Service Representative Job Description (Warehouse Admin Allrounder) Customer Service Representative Skills and Qualifications Excellent communication skills Outstanding customer service skills Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to maintain relationships with customers Ability to remain calm when interacting with customers who are stressed or upset Strong problem-solving skills Good computer literacy and data entry skills Thorough knowledge of the company and its products or services Customer Service Representative Duties and Responsibilities Handling incoming calls and emails from customers as well as making outbound calls to customers Interacting with customers in online chat portals Responding to questions about their orders, products, deliveries, or services Resolving customer complaints and escalating them to management level where necessary Frequent internal communications with operation team and management team Processing orders, packing slips, freight bookings, etc.
Updating and maintaining records of customer interactions Achieving key performance indicator targets, such as average handling time and time in queue, and ensuring the operation team works in alignment with SOP to meet customer's KPI Working in the warehouse environment Can speak Mandarin is a must If you are interested in the position, please send your resume (English Version) to: ****** and we will contact you for an interview.
