About the Role As a Documentation Officer in our Home Lending Services team, you'll play a key role in reviewing and updating data in home loan applications, verifying customer IDs, and issuing documentation to customers and Brokers in the most accurate way.
What will your day look like? As a Documentation Officer, you will : Perform identity checks, ensuring customer identification is accurate to each applicant and meets regulatory requirements.Ensure data is consistent and accurate when issuing mortgage documents to our customers.Proactively communicate with brokers and colleagues in all parts of the business to progress files efficiently.What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following :
Strong analytical skills to develop solutions and recommendations by identifying key issues.Consistent track record of completing tasks with high accuracy, ensuring correctness and order in all processes.A proactive approach to seeking help and solving challenges.Excellent time management and task prioritization skills.Previous industry experience coupled with strong data entry experience would be advantageous.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
