Our client, a leader in the civil construction and defence sectors, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support their ongoing growth and transformation.
This is a newly created role that offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and support the mentoring and development of a high-performing HR Advisor whilst making a meaningful impact across all areas of people and culture.
About the Organisation: The company is entering an exciting period of growth, having secured several large-scale civil and defence projects across the East Coast over the past 18 months.
The leadership team is committed to elevating their standards and creating a high-performing workplace culture.

The organisation credits its success to the strong culture it has built and is looking for a HR Business Partner who embodies these values as they continue to expand whilst promoting the culture and values to their regional site locations.
Key Focus Areas: Talent & Recruitment: Develop regional recruitment strategies, build local partnerships (including Supply Nation), and drive retention and development initiatives.HR Systems: Implement and train staff on HRIS systems, including the roll-out of Employment Hero (Payroll, HRIS, and Compliance).Training & Development: Deliver targeted training programs for remote sites.Relationship Building: Partner with Indigenous organisations and collaborate with senior leadership teams to align HR initiatives with business objectives.Responsibilities: Lead regional on-boarding and mobilisation processes.Support the organisation's recruitment and retention strategy through local partnerships.Provide HR insights and reporting to guide decision-making.Update and maintain policies and procedures to align with best practices.Collaborate with Indigenous organisations to enhance partnerships.Ideal Candidate: Strong expertise in talent acquisition, training, HR systems, and compliance.Experience in the construction, civil, or defence industries is highly desirable.Proven ability to collaborate with senior leaders and partner with external stakeholders.A proactive and solutions-driven approach to HR challenges.Experience with Employment Hero would be beneficial.Why Join & How to Apply?
