WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING? Working closely with the Head of, you'll contribute to the development and implementation of a robust sales strategy aimed at exceeding our growth targets and KPIs. Your role will also include managing and optimising our CRM (HubSpot), refining sales pipeline processes to enhance efficiency, and ensuring a smooth, effective workflow.
You'll take the lead in driving our sales efforts and spearheading new business development. Your day-to-day will involve proactively identifying and reaching out to potential clients through cold calling and strategic outreach initiatives. You'll be responsible for converting leads into long-term, valuable partnerships, ensuring that each client aligns with our goals and standards.
Additionally, you'll focus on building and nurturing strategic partnerships with agencies and related businesses, creating opportunities for collaboration and further expansion. Your efforts will be instrumental in driving our future growth and cementing our position as a leader in the digital marketing industry.
WHAT YOU NEED... 1+ years' experience within a digital marketing environment - Strong knowledge within SEO 2+ years' experience within new business development/sales Experience in a digital marketing agency is non-negotiable To be resilient - rejection is inevitable To want to partake in cold outreach - calling, emailing etc Strong communication skills - both written and verbal To be open to travel domestically for client meetings, expos and new business development Foundation level understanding of SEO related tools e.g. SEMRUSH, GSC To understand sales funnels, processes and pipelines TO BE CONSIDERED...
