The opportunity We are seeking a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and help us recruit Doctors across Bupa.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a critical part in helping us attract, engage, and retain key talent across Australia.
You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, and build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
This role can be based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane with hybrid work arrangements.
How will I help? Provide seamless end-to-end talent acquisition, ensuring the attraction and recruitment of Doctors.Duties including taking a job brief, writing and posting job ads, screening, identifying candidates for talent pools, interviewing, background checking, and delivering an exceptional experience to candidates and hiring managers.Utilise diverse sourcing channels, including online platforms, professional networks, industry events and referrals to identify potential candidatesUsing your creative (and targeted)
sourcing techniques, you'll find suitable qualified talent for specific roles and skillsConduct talent mapping, proactive search and provision of market intel to continuously look for new and innovative ways to engage and attract key talentParticipate in continuous improvement projects to ensure exceptional talent acquisition service to maintain attraction and retention of quality candidates.Why work at Bupa?

What do I need? We're looking for someone who:
Has previous experience recruiting medical roles (internal or agency)is an adept relationship-builder with excellent interpersonal and communication skillsworks well with both people and details – this role balances customer interactions (hiring leaders, stakeholders and candidates) with lots of legislative frameworks, nuanced processes and compliance activity - so you'll need to be great at bothhas a tangible customer focus and solutions-orientated approach – we partner with our business closely to make sure we deliver what they need.About Bupa Asia Pacific:
