Our work ranges from residential to light commercial projects including maintenance, general and gas plumbing. We are known for our excellent levels of customer service and ability to fix problems that other companies can't or won't. As a result, the business has grown and we have decided that it is time to get some help – but we only want the best helpWe are recruiting for an Office Manager for a full-time position, who will be responsible for assisting the operations manager in ensuring all office activities are completed in a timely, accurate and professional manner. You may currently be working for another Plumbing or related Trade Business and be looking for a new challenge.These non-negotiables are absolutely important to us, and you must be able to do to qualify to work at WPG Plumbing Group:Be responsible for scheduling jobs for the tradesmen.Have excellent customer service skills and phone manner and be able to communicate effectively with clients.Communicate effectively with the team regarding ordering materials and job progress.Strive towards producing high quality work in appropriate time frames.Have fun, enjoy work and be proud of what you achieve in your working day.Be motivated and help your team to meet timelines and uphold the WPG Plumbing Group's professional image.Have a minimum 2 years experience in an office role.Experienced using accounting software.Preferred skills and experience that aren't essential, but will certainly impress us:Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Receivable processing and entering and generating invoices.Ensure all tax obligations are met (GST/PAYE) and pay wages and manage holiday pay.Assist with marketing activities (e.g. mailing letters, customer database, social media etc.).Experienced using XERO and Service m8 (ideally or another accounting package such as MYOB).Having some experience in a CRM or JMS.If you think you have what it takes to join the WPG Plumbing Group team, then please apply via email with a copy of your CV and a brief covering letter (with a photo) telling us why you are the right person for the job.Ready to Join the WPG PLUMBING Team?
