We are currently seeking a Supply Coordinator to join our dynamic Just Jeans Womenswear team
Reporting into the Product Manager, this role will coordinate all aspects of administration of purchase orders, ensuring effective communication with suppliers and internal team members for the smooth flow of product to stores within the dresses/knitwear category.ResponsibilitiesCreating and maintaining product lines and stock ordersManaging the shipping schedule and associated administrationAssist with Critical Path managementRange Plan and Purchase Order maintenanceLiaising with Product Manager to manage samplesMonitoring and tracking key delivery schedulesManaging samples for online, marketing shoots, and VM handoverSupport Product Manager with competitor and market trend analysisProviding a key link between department and supplierCADS of products using IllustratorSkills & ExperienceExperience as a Supply Coordinator or in an administration role within a buying/product team is advantageous however not essentialConfident in reading and understanding budgets and margin calculationsConfident working with Microsoft products, including ExcelGreat attention to detail and ability to work autonomouslyAbility to build great relationships with external suppliers and senior stakeholdersThrive in a fast-paced and exciting environmentThis is an exciting opportunity to take the next step in your career.
