As a Senior Change Lead, you'll be at the forefront of leading cross-functional change for the lines of business within our matrix operating model organisation. This is a dynamic role, where you will be leading and facilitating significant cross functional improvement and engagement initiatives. Your expertise will be crucial in crafting and implementing change strategies that align with Datacom's overarching vision and goals.
Working closely with the senior leadership teams you'll play a pivotal role in leading the change journey for people and be part of a talented team of professional refining and enhancing business processes and ways of working. This position offers the perfect blend of strategic leadership and hands-on collaboration, giving you the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our organisation's growth trajectory and success.
What you'll bring Deep and broad understanding of business in a technology contextStrong and proven change leadership, management principles, methodologies and toolsAn ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsSound strategic thinking, with an ability to grasp the big pictureExperience 10+ years of broad experience in a large company/corporate environment5+ years of senior change management experience in a transformational context.Demonstrated experience in managing people and teamsResponsibilities Leading & facilitating change Owning the development and implementation of significant change initiatives for one or more line of businesses, in line with broader Datacom strategyCollaborating with other senior managers and internal stakeholders to establish and deliver change initiative and objectivesDecision making to significantly impact the overall success of the line of businessLeading content development that brings to life our evolving strategy and change narrativeHelping (coaching and advising) leaders drive positive engagementFacilitating reflections sessions with senior leadership and instilling a continuous improvement mindsetSupporting initiative leads to communicate and engage the wider business, leverage consistent change methods and apply them to their initiativesCollaboration and Stakeholder Management Interactions will involve influencing senior level leaders regarding matters of significance to the businessAddressing complex issues through sound analysis, critical thinking and co-creation of solutionsDelivery Responsible for planning, and recommending and implementing changes to methodsInvolvement in development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for change programmesDevelopment of communication strategies and plansMentoring and coaching othersFamiliarity with recognised industry bodies of knowledge, both generic and specific.Why join us here at Datacom?
