Join a team where your contributions directly shape impactful projects across the Northern Territory and beyond.Position BriefThe Project Coordinator supports project execution by scheduling, documentation, and logistics for the manufacturing and installation of precast components in civil and infrastructure projects. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of projects through hands-on coordination and communication across teams.Position DescriptionScheduling Assistance: Assist the Project Manager in developing and maintaining project schedules, tracking milestones, and ensuring alignment across teams.Documentation Preparation and Management: Prepare, distribute, and maintain project documentation, including contracts, blueprints, meeting minutes, reports, and safety records.Resource and Procurement Coordination: Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for materials, equipment, and scheduling of deliveries and installations; monitor inventory and procurement needs.Data Collection and Reporting: Track project data, such as timeframes, milestones, and costs, providing regular updates and reports to the Project Manager.Communication Support: Facilitate communication between internal teams (manufacturing, engineering, logistics) and external stakeholders, including suppliers and contractors, to ensure smooth project flow.Quality Control Support: Assist in maintaining quality standards by documenting inspections, managing records, and following up on required actions.Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the project team, including scheduling meetings, taking minutes, booking travel, managing expenses, and coordinating team activities.Proposal and Tender Assistance: Assist in preparing project proposals and tender documents, contributing to the successful bid process.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a project coordinator?Do you have experience preparing and submitting tenders?Which of the following types of infrastructure project do you have experience with?Which of the following Microsoft Office products are you experienced with?How many years' experience do you have with project planning and scheduling?How many years of project management experience do you have?What's your expected annual base salary?
